Comics artist Katarina Šeme made a strong entrance into the Slovenian comics scene with her autobiographical novel Sumatra – A Year on a Tropical Island. At this year’s Tinta festival, she will present her second reportage graphic novel From the Cave, which has just been published. It covers last year’s high-profile and large-scale rescue operation of a severely injured caver from Vranjedolska Cave near Cerknica, in which she actively participated as a cave rescuer.
