CANTASTORIA: COMICS OR THEATER?
performative drawing workshop
Cantastoria, or canta historia, is a form of storytelling or singing that is accompanied by a series of drawings. Illustrator Zsófi Rumi, from the Ukmukfukk Zine Festival team, will explore the history of this unique genre and bring it to life with her own performance. Afterward, the workshop participants will have the opportunity to create their own cantastoria. You are welcome to bring instruments, interesting newspaper clippings, favorite songs, or nothing at all—because you can still tell the drawn story even if empty-handed.
Organization: Kino Šiška.
Supported by WOMCOM.
Free admission.
