In the lecture, the world-renowned Canadian-Serbian comics artist and illustrator Nina Bunjevac will speak about her creative journey and the distinctive black-and-white pointillist aesthetic that defines her extraordinary body of work. Central to her oeuvre are the award-winning comics Fatherland, a shocking personal story about a terrorist father, and Bezimena, a mysterious and surrealist masterpiece addressing the themes of sexual violence and trauma.
